2D Sandbox Test

This is an experimental project... It is a 2D sandbox game similar to minecraft or terraria.

Features

• Infinite terrain in all directions (the world has no bottom!!)
• Caves
• Tile "masking" which will allow for easy adding of stairs/slabs/slope block variants in the future
• World customization!!

Controls

• Move: WASD
• Move faster: Hold Shift
• Zoom: +/-
• Reset zoom: Hold ctrl/cmd and hit =
• Return to main menu: Esc

Known Issues:

• Slight stuttering when crossing chunk borders

There is currently no real plan for this game, other than having a bit of fun making it. You can leave your suggestions in the discussion board, or on my tumblr page.

When leaving suggestions/bug reports, please keep in mind this is meant to simply be an engine at the moment, not a full game. IE. don't report things such as being able to zoom out and see the chunks unloading as a bug, that will be removed once this shifts towards being a real game.
