2d Sandbox Test #5: Crafting, combat & more!

The 5th test build of this project is now available! Big changes have come, so read the changelog below to learn about them all!

***IMPORTANT: This build has a known issue. When the game window is resized to certain sizes, the inventory can become very buggy and hard or impossible to use. This is especially apparent when fullscreening on 16:9 monitors. I will be releasing a hotfix for this ASAP. For now, leaving the window at the default size should work fine.***

New Features:

• Limited resources
  • Items are now limited. If you mine 1 dirt, you get one dirt. If you place 1 dirt, you lose 1 dirt.
  • You can right-click on items in your inventory to split the stack.
• Item tooltips
  • Items will now display a tooltip when hovered.
  • This tooltip will show item name, and any advantages that it gives the player.
• Crafting!
  • The new crafting system is currently still being worked on.
  • The recipe buttons do not work yet, so you must input items manually.
  • You can find the crafting slots in the bottom of the inventory screen.
  • Here is a list of the current recipes:
    • 1 Log -> 2 Planks
      
    • 6 Planks -> 1 Wooden Spike
    • 1 Log + 8 Planks -> 1 Wooden Bat
    • 1 Log + 6 Stone -> 1 Pickaxe
• Combat!
  • You can now kill those pesky test dummies!
  • Some items do more damage than others. For example the pickaxe deals one damage.
  • Your fist and other items won't do any damage, they just deal knock back.
  • You can also take damage from the test dummies now.
  • Your health is indicated by the plus signs in the bottom-left. Nothing happens when your life runs out currently.

New Items:

• Wooden Bat
  • A slow-swinging weapon.
  • Deals +2 damage.
• Wooden Spike
  • A duel-purpose tool for mining and attacking.
  • Deals +1 damage, and gives +1 mining speed.

Changes:

• Added a proper font to the game. The font used is called "Mintsoda Lime Green".
• Tweaked the layout main menu and debug menus slightly.
• Pickaxe stat changes
  • Now deals +1 damage.
  • Now gives +3 mining speed, rather than +10.
